New E-Book Version… (Just released and now testing.)
We have created an ebook / ibook version that will work on the IPAD and many tablet devices. It may not work on the Kindle and may not read properly.
PLEASE, READ the following carefully…
- Please do NOT distribute the file / ebook. If you want to share it with others, please simply send them to this website and let them get their own copy. It is a violation of our terms to distribute directly.
- The book is PASSWORD protected. We will send you a link to the book for download as well as the password. Make SURE you put your email in correctly and check you spam folder. It may take anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes for the email to process.
- If you have an IPAD, we found that first having the “IBOOKS” app makes sense.
Again, just your first name is fine.
Once you click SUBMIT, you will be redirected back to the MAIN home page of the site.
Fill in the info and it will be sent.
